Over the span of seven years, Stephen David has established a bustling production and post-production company that has seen a meteoric rise and yearly growth. At the start of 2015, SDE premiered the scripted TV mini-series, Sons of Liberty (History), for which David received a WGA Award nomination. Currently, David and SDE are in production on a number of high-profile projects. Their most recent productions include a partnership with Hugh Hefner and Playboy, American Playboy: The Hugh Hefner Story (Amazon), and the recently, SDE announced, Frontiersmen (History), which will be executive produced with Leonardo DiCaprio.
